Work Study Process

  1. Review the listing of Work Study Positionsand select any of interest to you.
  2. Contact the hiring manager for that position regarding availability of hours.
  3. Complete and email your Work Study Application to the hiring manager noted on the job description.
  4. After the hiring manager informs you that your application is approved, you may continue with step 5 below.
  5. If you are a new employee, please complete all the employment forms below. Scan and email them to HR@HCHC.EDU.

Students who were employed in the prior semester need only to provide updated tax withholding forms and/or direct deposit enrollment if changes are necessary.

Compensation and Time Sheets

All HCHC students’ earnings are deposited directly into the student’s bank account. Prepare and submit the Payroll Direct Deposit Form to Human Resources when you are notified you have been selected for a position.

All hours worked must be electronically reported using the ADP payroll portal.
